Ottimo su patate, fagioli, ceci e verdure in genere; su carni rosse o pesci dal sopere forte; in abbinamento con formaggi freschi che ne esaltano l'aroma fresco vegetale. Si abbina perfettamente a torte di zucchine o carciofi, ideale su funghi porcini grigliati e primi piatti quali gnocchi o tortellini con scaglie di parmigiano.
Excellent on potatoes, beans, chickpeas and vegetables in general; on red meat or strong-flavoured fish; with fresh cheese, such as ravaggiolo and mozzarella, which enhance the fresh-green features of the oil. It perfectly pairs zucchini pies or artichoke cakes; ideal on grilled porcini mushrooms and first courses such as gnocchi or ricotta cheese tortelli with parmesan flakes.
